On that page, you can listen to the full-length music, choose the license tier that matches your project usage, purchase it securely, and download the full high-fidelity track.

Yes. Under ElevenLabs Creator Marketplace terms, once you purchase a license for a track, you have full creative freedom to edit, cut, stretch, loop, change, or remix the audio to perfectly align with the timing and pacing of your video, podcast, advertisement, or visual project. The only restriction is that you cannot distribute the resulting remix as a standalone song or upload it to music streaming services (like Spotify/Apple Music) as your own track.

Any license you buy for a specific background score track remains valid forever (perpetual license) for the usage tier you selected, even if you cancel your ElevenLabs subscription or close your account. You do not need to maintain an active subscription to keep using licensed tracks in existing or new projects covered by that license.

No. Under ElevenLabs licensing terms, you are prohibited from distributing, selling, or licensing the music tracks on a standalone basis or on music streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Amazon Music, etc.). the music must be integrated as background audio or soundtrack in an audio/visual project.

Standard marketplace licenses cover digital and online distribution. If your project is a high-profile broadcast project (e.g., theatrical release, broadcast TV network, radio show, or major commercial console game), you may need an Enterprise License from ElevenLabs. No. Standalone exploitation is strictly prohibited. You cannot resell the music file, compile it into sound libraries, distribute it as audio files, or sell loops/samples of it. It must always be synchronized as background audio with your content (video, podcast, app, game, etc.).

Since all licenses are issued directly by ElevenLabs, you can whitelist your social channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) directly in your ElevenLabs dashboard:

1. Log in to your ElevenLabs account.
2. Go to your Marketplace Purchases or Profile Settings.
3. Enter your social media channel handles or video links in the Whitelisted Channels / Domains section.

This registers your channel as licensed, preventing automatic Content ID systems from flagging your videos.

Don't panic! Copyright claims are automated checks by Content ID. Since you have a valid ElevenLabs license:

1. Go to your YouTube Studio or the platform's dashboard where the claim occurred.
2. Click Dispute Claim.
3. Select License and paste your ElevenLabs purchase receipt or license link in the dispute notes.

Claims are typically released within 24–48 hours once verified by the platform.

After clicking Buy License on our catalog and completing the purchase on ElevenLabs, you can manage, download, and access all licensing documentation directly from your ElevenLabs Account Dashboard under the Purchases tab.
